Come help us build agents for real world problems.
Perform Digital is a remote-first SaaS agency of 9 people, spread across the world, scaling AI agents for enterprise teams since 2019. We're hiring across engineering, partnerships, and the founders' office.
The way we work, on purpose.
Fully remote since 2023
No office, no commute, no "hybrid" theatre. Work from wherever you do your best thinking, then sign off when you sign off.
Once-a-year team meetup
One week, full team, somewhere good. Last year was Prague. The year before, Bengaluru. The point is the people, the food is a bonus.
Quarterly team connect
Every three months we converge, physical or virtual, for a few days of strategy, demos, and the kind of work you only do when everyone is in the same room.
Owners, not assignees
Every role here owns a domain end to end. You scope the work, ship it, and sit with the outcomes. We pay top of market because we expect top of market ownership.
Read the role. Apply only if you would hire you.

Engineering
Agentic Engineer
Build, fine-tune, evaluate, and operate specialized AI agents for enterprise clients, end to end.
What you will do
- Own agent design from problem framing to production. Pick the right pattern (tool-use orchestration, RAG, multi-step planner, reflection loops) for each engagement.
- Build fine-tunes when the off-the-shelf model is not enough. Curate datasets, run LoRA or full SFT, evaluate against a written harness, decide what ships.
- Engineer the brain: prompt architecture, retrieval strategy, chunking, reranking, response caching, eval-driven prompt iteration.
- Optimize for cost and latency. Quantization, batching, streaming, response budgets, fallback strategies.
- Instrument observability from day one. Tracing, regression suites, online evals, drift alerts.
Technical requirements
- 4+ years software engineering with at least 1 year shipping LLM-based products to production
- Strong Python; comfortable enough with TypeScript or Go to ship glue and APIs
- Hands-on with at least one major model provider in production: Anthropic, OpenAI, or open-weight Llama/Mistral on your own infrastructure
- Fine-tuning workflows: LoRA, full SFT, dataset curation, eval harnesses (lm-eval-harness or equivalent), reward modelling at a basic level
- RAG in production: vector stores, embedding choice, chunking strategies, reranking, hybrid retrieval
- Cost and latency awareness: you can read a billing dashboard and a flamegraph and know which lever to pull
- Comfortable with at least one cloud (AWS, GCP, Azure) and one container orchestrator (ECS, Kubernetes, or equivalent)
Apply for Agentic Engineer→Nice to have
- Production experience with quantization (GPTQ, AWQ, bitsandbytes)
- Built or contributed to an eval framework that ran in CI
- Worked with on-prem or VPC-deployed models for compliance reasons
Partnerships
Strategic Partner (EU)
Drive partnerships with system integrators and ISVs, shape marketing strategy with the founders, own client relations from first call to renewal.
What you will do
- Identify and close partnership deals (channel partners, system integrators, ISV co-sell, marketplace listings)
- Co-design our quarterly marketing motion with the founders: positioning, content programs, event presence
- Run discovery calls with new enterprise prospects, qualify the fit, hand off a clean brief to engineering
- Own renewals and expansion for the accounts you bring in. NRR is a number you live with.
- Represent us at the conferences, podcasts, and roundtables where AI-adopting CIOs and Heads of Data show up
What we need
- 6+ years in B2B SaaS, mid-market or enterprise, with a measurable revenue track record
- Closed at least one partnership that drove material ARR (you can talk about the deal structure, the friction, and the unlock)
- Comfortable selling to CIO, CTO, Director of Data, or Head of AI level buyers
- Native or fluent English; a second European language (German, French, Dutch, Spanish, Polish) is a strong plus
- Curious about AI agents. You do not need to code them, you need to be able to talk about them credibly with both buyers and our engineers.
Apply for Strategic Partner (EU)→How you operate
- You write a one-page strategy brief faster than most people write an email
- You build relationships, not just pipelines
- You measure yourself on activated revenue, not meetings booked
Sales · 2 positions
Enterprise Partnerships Lead
Own the full sales cycle for new logo and expansion across North America, Europe, and APAC. You sell consulting, custom AI agent development, MarTech, CDP, and CRM transformation services to CIOs, CTOs, Heads of Data, CRM Directors, and digital transformation leaders. Six-figure deals are the floor, not the ceiling.
What you will do
- Develop the enterprise pipeline across North America, Europe, and APAC
- Identify and engage CIOs, CTOs, Heads of Data, Heads of Marketing, CRM Directors, and digital transformation leaders
- Run outbound prospecting via LinkedIn, email, referrals, and partner channels
- Lead discovery calls, qualify the fit, then work with engineering to scope a buildable proposal and SOW
- Own opportunities through the full cycle: discovery, scoping, proposal, close, renewal, and expansion
- Build strategic partnerships with Adobe, Salesforce, Braze, system integrators, and the wider AI ecosystem
- Work directly with the founders on go-to-market strategy and positioning
- Keep CRM hygiene tight and the pipeline forecast honest
What we need
- Enterprise B2B sales experience selling SaaS, consulting, AI, marketing technology, CDP, CRM, or digital transformation services
- Proven track record of generating and closing six-figure deals
- Strong consultative selling skills. You scope the buyer’s problem before you pitch.
- Comfortable in the room with CIO, CTO, Head of Data, CRM Director, and digital transformation leaders
- Disciplined CRM hygiene and forecast accuracy. You can talk about what you committed last quarter and what you actually closed.
How we measure success
- Pipeline generated per quarter
- Qualified meetings booked
- Revenue closed
- Account expansion and renewals
- Forecast accuracy
Apply for Enterprise Partnerships Lead→Quick answers
- Is this fully remote? Yes. Work from anywhere in North America, Europe, or APAC, with overlap to UK or EU business hours when the prospect calendar demands it.
- What is the deal size? Six-figure deals are the floor. We do not chase $5k pilots, and we will not ask you to.
- What is the sales cycle? Sixty to one hundred and twenty days for new logo, thirty to sixty for expansion. Founder-led pre-sales shortens both when it counts.
- What do we sell? AI agent development, MarTech and CDP/CRM transformation, Adobe and Salesforce-aligned consulting, agentic-commerce integrations.
- Who will I report to? The founders, directly. No middle management layer between you and the people who decide what we build next.
- How is compensation structured? Base plus commission on activated revenue, not booked meetings. We pay top of market because we expect top of market closing.
Founders office
Founders’ Office Intern
Work directly with the founders on whatever the SaaS business needs next. High velocity, high context, real autonomy.
What you will do
- Research: competitive teardowns, market sizing for new agent verticals, primary customer interviews with our prospect list
- Strategy support: build the numbers and the deck for board prep, fundraising conversations, and the annual planning cycle
- Customer-facing experiments: run small pilots, follow up with prospects, write the post-mortem when a pilot stalls
- Internal tooling: ship light Python or TypeScript scripts that make the team faster (CRM hygiene, eval pipelines, monthly metric rollups)
- Write: blog posts, internal memos, client-facing one-pagers. Clear writing is the deliverable.
What we need
- Final-year bachelor’s or master’s student, any discipline. Strong undergraduates with relevant side projects beat top-school candidates with none.
- Comfortable with SaaS metrics (ARR, MRR, CAC, LTV, NRR, gross retention) and willing to learn the ones you do not know
- Strong written communication. We will ask for two writing samples.
- Comfortable with ambiguity, willing to ship something every week, willing to be wrong in public
- Basic Python or SQL; nice to have any LLM API experience
Apply for Founders' Office Intern→What you get
- A small monthly stipend (we are not a free-internship company)
- Full review at month 5 with a real offer if the fit is right
- Direct mentorship from the founders, not a buddy program
Client engineering · 1 position
Client-Facing Developer
A developer who works directly with clients. Half the role is building and operating agents in production. The other half is communication: scoping, training, support, and the occasional incident bridge.
What you will do
- Build and deploy custom agents for assigned client accounts (between two and four accounts at a time)
- Run discovery and scoping calls with client engineers, product managers, and ops leads. Translate their language into a buildable spec.
- Provide deskside support during go-live windows. Be available on the client’s Slack or Teams channel.
- Own incident response for your accounts. Triage, communicate, fix, and write the postmortem.
- Train client teams on how to operate, tune prompts, manage guardrails, read dashboards, and extend the agent themselves
Apply for Client-Facing Developer→What we need
- 3+ years full-stack development (Python or TypeScript) with at least 1 year using LLM APIs in production
- Excellent written and spoken English. The other half of the job is communication.
- Familiar with at least two agentic patterns: tool-use orchestration, RAG, multi-step planning, reflection loops, structured-output extraction
- Comfortable owning an account end to end. You like to talk to humans about software.
- Empathetic and patient. You can explain a prompt regression to a non-technical PM without making them feel dumb.
