Cancellation Policy for Perform Digital Pvt. Ltd.
At Perform Digital Pvt. Ltd., we strive to provide top-notch digital marketing and consulting services. We understand that sometimes circumstances may change, and you may need to cancel your purchase. To ensure transparency and fairness in our cancellation policy, we have established the following guidelines:
Refund Eligibility:
1. All purchases made with Perform Digital Pvt. Ltd. are eligible for a refund (unless mention otherwise), subject to the terms and conditions outlined in this cancellation policy.
1.1. Refund requests will be considered for the following circumstances:
- a) Cancellation made at least 72 hours before the scheduled consulting meetings or training dates.
- b) The client or participant provides a valid reason for the cancellation. Perform Digital holds the rights to decide.
Refund Amount:
2. If you cancel your purchase between 7 days and at least 72 hours before the scheduled training dates, you are eligible for a refund of 70% of the total purchase (paid) amount.
2.1 If you cancel your purchase 7 days before the scheduled training dates, you are eligible for a refund of 100% of the total purchase (paid) amount.
2.2. If you cancel within 72 hours or less of the scheduled training dates, no refund will be issued.
How to Request a Refund:
3. To request a refund, you must submit your request in writing by sending an email to performdigital.enquiry@gmail.com, with the subject line "Refund Request - [Your Name] & [Order Number]."
3.2. In your refund request, please include the following information:
- a) Your full name.
- b) Contact information.
- c) Details of the training or service you are canceling, including the purchase date.
- d) Reason for the cancellation.
Refund Processing:
4. Perform Digital Pvt. Ltd. will process refund requests within 6 business days of receiving a valid request.
4.2. Refunds will be processed through the original payment method used for the purchase.
4.3. In case of any additional fees incurred during the refund process (e.g., taxes, bank or transfer fees), these will be deducted from the refund amount.
Exceptions:
5.1. Perform Digital Pvt. Ltd. reserves the right to make exceptions to this cancellation policy in exceptional circumstances, such as natural disasters, severe illness, or other unforeseen events. Such exceptions will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
Coaching/Training/Consulting Date Changes:
6.1. In the event that Perform Digital Pvt. Ltd. needs to reschedule a training or a consulting session, participants will be given the option to either attend the rescheduled training or request a refund.
